Each tablet contains 10 mg of melatonin with 3 layers.

The first layer with 5mg of melatonin dissolves quickly after ingestion and helps you fall asleep faster. The second layer with 3mg of melatonin has a release profile that is compariable with a normal tablet and the third layer, which contains 2mg of melatonin, is completely released to the body in a prolonged manner.
